Refund Policy
Sometimes after signing up for an event a registrant finds out that they aren't ready, are injured or ill, moving out of the area or have a family situation. Refunds and deferrals cannot be offered because nearly 100% of expenses in putting on races are committed to in advance. Examples of expenses are law enforcement, permits, finish line management, venue rental, food and beverages, medals and t-shirts, etc. have to be paid for in advance.
