Refund Policy
Sometimes after signing up for an event a registrant finds out that they aren't ready, are injured or ill, moving out of the area or have a family situation. Refunds, partial refunds or rebates, and deferrals cannot be offered because nearly 100% of expenses in putting on races are committed to in advance. Examples of expenses are law enforcement, permits, finish line management, venue rental, food and beverages, medals and t-shirts, etc. have to be paid for in advance.
If you are concerned about losing your entry fee in the event of injury or family situation which causes you to cancel participation, you are encouraged to purchase the event insurance offered through Run Signup during the registration process.
