Refund Policy
The Coffee Pot Turkey Trot is a fundraiser for North Shore Elementary. Many of the most costly race expenses transpire well before race day. As such, all entry fees are non-refundable. At this time the Coffee Pot Turkey Trot is expected to be an in-person race on Thanksgiving Day. However, if circumstances call for a cancellation of the in-person race, all registrations will be transferred to our Virtual race (with packets, including bib, tshirt, and medal mailed to participants for free.) Registrations cannot be refunded if the race moves to a virtual format.
Please take these factors into account before finalizing your registration.
