Refund Policy
Runners, their families and guests and our volunteers safety is our priority. The Shining Lights 5K race will run occur rain or shine, with the exception of threatening weather conditions. When conditions present a danger to our runners, their families and our volunteers, Positively Impacting Communities maintains the right to cancel or postpone the start of each of the events. Such conditions will not result in refunding of any race entry fees or future event credits.
