The Bridge Street Half Marathon is BACK! We are PUMPED to have SportsMed as the Title Sponsor for 2025!
NEW IN 2025 the Bridge Street 5K on Saturday! Different t-shirt design, different finisher medal, race on Saturday and Sunday and get both!
The race starts at the beautiful Bridge Street Town Center in Huntsville AL and runs through Cummings Research Park, the nations 2nd largest research park in the US.
We will have a Chip Timing start and several pacing groups available. The post race party will be hopping with dozens of vendors and live music!
Average Temperatures for this time of year are 48F for the low and 72F for the high.

There are no refunds, credits or friend/ family transfers on entries. We do not mail shirts or medals to participants unable to make the event as left over shirts are donated.
SHIRTS & AWARDS & CUTOFFS
We will have a long sleeve technical shirt. These are silky smooth and comfortable! The first 1000 runners to register are guaranteed the long sleeve tech shirt. 1001 - onwards will still receive a Bridge Street Half Marathon - Presented by SportsMED shirt but may not get the long sleeve technical shirt so don't delay!
Age group awards will be: 12-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+
ALL runners will receive a SWEET finisher medal & shirt!
The course time limit is 4 hours. This works out to be 18:19/ mile pace. These are strict time cutoffs due to road closures and permits.
Lastly, the course is flat, fast and certified!

For those who register for the Saturday 5K they will also receive a t-shirt AND additional finisher medal! That's right, even if you sign up for the 1/2 Marathon on Sunday, you will receive an additional t-shirt (different design below) and finisher medal (also different design) for those medal collectors! The first 400 to register will receive finisher medals (if we have more than 400 finishers we will mail out those additional medals when the reorder comes in). The first 375 runners in the 5K will be guaranteed shirts. Everyone after that may receive a shirt or RunningLane shirt while supplies last.

Half Marathon aid stations are at roughly 3.1, 5.1, 7.3, 9.8 and will have water, gatorade, GU gels.
Every year the course record isn't broken, we will add $100 to the growing purse. If the course record is broken, it will reset at $100 and increase $100 each year afterwards.

There will be packet pickup on SATURDAY (race morning) April 5th, 2025 from 6-6:45am for the 5K. If you live locally please please please make sure you pick up on Friday as the race will start at 7:00am sharp and there may be long lines!
