This year's event kicks off on Friday with the pre-race packet picket.

 

FRIDAY 5/16/2025

5:30 PM –  7:00 PM

• Participating in the 1k and 5k can pick up their BIBS & T-Shirts

 
SUNDAY 5/18/2025

7:00 AM – Volunteers Check-in/ Event setup.

8:00 AM – SPONSORS & VENDORS Check-in begins. Booths & Tables must be set up and ready by 9 AM.  

9:00 AM

• Day Off Registration, Check-In, BIB & T-Shirts Pick up

• DJ Vybe (Entertainment, Announcements) 

9:30 AM – Welcome Remarks 

9:35 AM – BEST DOG COSTUME CONTEST & AWARDS judged and presented by COB Parks & Recreation Director

        ➢Most Original Costume Creation

        ➢Most Hilarious Costume  

9:45 AM – Warm Up by Licensed Zumba Instructor JESSI 

10:00 AM – 1K Race Starts (Approximate)

10:30 AM – 5K Race Starts (Approximate)

11:00 AM – Awards will be announced as results come in

11:45 AM – Expo & Vendors, Refreshments, Photo Ops & Music, Face Painting, Cool Down & Stretch with JESSI

NOON – Raffles Drawing & Sponsor Giveaways (MUST BE PRESENT TO WIN)  (Approximate)

12:30 PM – CLOSING REMARKS
