Run, walk, or roll: TMC Meet Me Downtown is an inclusive event, welcoming all abilities, all bodies, and all ages.

The TMC 5k is proud to host the RRCA West Regional Championship. Compete for prize money and age-group awards in both the 5k and the Mile events.

Unfortunately, pets are now allowed on the course. The staging area will follow all City of Tucson laws regarding dogs and other animals.
Headphones and earbuds are allowed -- however, prize money will not be awarded to athletes wearing headphones or earbuds, as USATF considers them illegal aid.
Unfortunately, we do not have a gear check, so you will need to leave your additional clothing items at your car of with a non-running friend.
