Q: When can I get my number, race shirt, and other goodies?

A. There are three scheduled packet pickup dates and times:

Thursday, May 28, 4:00 pm - 6:00 pm: In-Person Registration and Packet Pickup at The Running Shop, 3055 North Campbell, Tucson, AZ

 

• TMC 5k Night Run Registrants: Pick up your techincal sublimated souvenir shirt and race number (shirts are first-come, first-served for sizing)

• Gabe Zimmerman Triple Crown registrants: Pick up your soft heather shirt, souvenir medallion, and the TMC 5k shirt and race number

• Milers: Pick up your RRCA Championship race number

• FitKidz: Pick up the FitKidz number

Remember: the race number is good for a free pour at the Pueblo Vida Beer Garden, for 21+

Saturday, May 30, 5:00 pm - 6:30 pm at the race site, 200 South Sixth Avenue, Downtown Tucson, on north lawn of Children's Museum (near 12th Street and Sixth Avenue)

• Gabe Zimmerman Triple Crown registrants: Pick up your soft heather shirt, souvenir medallion, and the TMC 5k shirt and race number

• Milers: Pick up your RRCA Championship race number

• FitKidz: Pick up the FitKidz number and other FitKidz goodies!

Q: How will it work at The Running Shop?

A: We will set up a tent outside where everyone checks in and gets their race number.  Then we will have the 5k shirts inside.

At the Tent Outside: Numbers for all races + GZTC goodies

• 5k and GZTC: At the tent outside you will pick up your 5k race number and the Gabe Zimmerman Triple Crown shirt and medal. Those 21+ can use this number for the Beer Garden.
• Milers: Open and HS Milers can pick up the chip-timed RRCA Championship Race Bib Number outside. 21+ can use this at the Beer Garden
• FitKidz and FitKidz Parents: You can pick up the chip-timed FitKidz bib numbers for the child outside. Parents do not get a race number and will be untimed.
• Everyone: pick up the four safety pins to pin your number on the front of the shirt you will wear during the race.
• Souvenir Add-On Hats: If you ordered a hat, we will have it for you at the tent, too.

 

Inside the Running Shop: After you get your number, you'll go inside the Running Shop, to pick up your TMC 5k Night Run Shirt. (The shirt volunteers will not have check-in information, so please tell them the shirt size that you ordered.)

Shopping: The Running Shop will have sale items and on Friday Balega and The Running Shop will offer a 2-4-1 sock sale on Friday evening!

 

Q: Do I need a Driver's License or other ID to get my packet and goodies?

A: No.

Q: Do I need my registration confirmation  email?

A: It is not needed but it would be helpful if you have proof of your registration.

Q: How do I know if I am registered?

A: All registrations are logged through the RunSignup platform.  You can use this link to search for a participant. 

Q: Can I pick up the packet for other people?

A: Yes, however, please be mindful of the crowds -- if you are picking up for more than 3 people, please wait until the line is short so that we don't inconvenience those waiting in line.  Please know the size that they want and please be sure that they are registered.  You can use this link to search for a participant. 

Q: What if the t-shirt doesn't fit the way I want it to?  

A: You can check sizing at packet pickup and take the shirt that fits you best, based on whatever sizes are in stock at the time.

 

Q: What if I signed up for the TMC 5k or the Triple Crown and can't make it on race week.  How do I get my souvenirs? 

A: Send someone to pick them up for you at one of the three pick up times, or come to the Running Shop through June to pick up items on a first-come, first-served basis.

Q: What if I got hurt and can't do the race?  What if I have to manage a last-minute emergency and can't make the race? Do I get a refund?

A: Even if you cannot do the race, you can pick up your souvenirs or send someone to pick up your souvenirs or come to the Running Shop in June and pick up your souvenirs. There are no refunds or deferrals, but if you want to transfer your race entry to another person, you must complete the transfer by May 28th at midnight. Q: What if I cannot make it to any of the three packet pick up times?

A: Please send a friend or someone else to pick up your items. 

Q: Will you mail my packet if I can't make it to any of the three packet pickup times?

A: No. Unfortunately, we do not have the ability to mail individual race packets to folks who cannot make packet pickup times.

Q: Will you save  my packet for me to pick up later if I can't make it to any of the three packet pickup times?

A: Unfortunately, we do not have the ability to save individual race packets.  However, after the race all remaining shirts and GZTC items will be available at The Running Shop through the end of June, on a first-come, first-served basis.  We cannot promise that we will have a race number for you.
