Age group Awards
Those who finish in the top three in their age group, receive an additional age group award. Please visit the registration/results area on race day to see if you qualify for an age group award and to pick up your award at that time.
The Kern County Energy Challenge!
All participants who register for four years in a row, (2023 - 2026) will receive "The Bolt” representing running on Kern County Energy, after they cross the Finish Line in 2026.
Any distance qualifies even the Virtual races. Run, jog, walk, or virtually join with others, 4 years in a row, to get this HUGE, ENERGETIC medallion.
Get half way there by signing up for the 2024 races for a special low price at the Expo this Saturday or after the race on Sunday. These discounted prices only last through this weekend before prices increase on Monday!
1st Place Prize Money
The first place Male and Female in each of our four events will receive a prize that will be determined at a later date. Winners should visit the results/registration area on race day to claim their prizes.
