If you would like to book a booth, you must include the name of your business and what products or services you will be promoting in your space. We strive to have a diverse group of vendor and sponsor offerings at the event. If we already have a business committed to attend that is very similar to yours then we may decide that it is in everyone's best interest to decline and invite you to inquire again next year.

Event Logistics

Vendor parking is free a short walk from the festival area. You will be able to drive to your spot during set up and break down hours.

Setup hours are

• Friday, April 2nd, 5pm to 7pm and 

• Saturday, April 3rd from 5am to 7am and 5pm to 7pm 

• Saturday, April 3rd from 7am to 5pm and  

• Sunday, April 4th from 7am to 2pm. 

Exhibitors must provide their own table, chairs, and any props or decorations (like a back drop). Electricity is available upon request. Exhibitors will be notified of booth location(s) on or before April 1st, 2027. Contracts for exhibitors will be emailed to participants following payment—confirmation of Expo participation contingent on the return of the signed agreement.
