SWIM = 500yds open water Flat & calm bay
Must walk .3mi to swim start down the beach
One way swim on the inside of the buoy line (designated swim area)
All buoys will be on your left shoulder
Water temps between 63-67 degrees
Wetsuit legal
Transition run less than 350yds
BIKE = 12miles - it is 2 LOOPS
Flat road
NOT A CLOSED COURSE
Paths and bike lanes are open to public
Heading out of transition - RIGHT onto bike path. 2 miles out you will make a U-TURN and head back toward transition.
Past transition to end of bike path, make a RIGHT TURN onto Ocean Blvd.
Take Ocean Blvd all the way till it dead ends and loop back.
LEFT Turn back onto the bike path and do the loop again.
Each loop is about 6 miles.
Please note the Bike Path and roads are open to the public. Be cautious of pedestrians and other cyclist.
RUN = 4.10milesFlat - out & back
On the run path adjacent to bike path, along the ocean
One aid station at turn around by basketball courts.
Finish line is next to transition.
