6:30 am: Transition opens the morning of the event

7:15 am: Volunteers start monitoring transition and body marking available

7:50 am: Pre-race meeting for all participants

8:00 am: Olympic course start

8:30 am: (Approx.) Sprint course start

10:30 am: All riders must have passed the intersection of Vandermark & 214th Ave E - for 1st or 2nd time. Officers will be released

11:00 am: Bike course closes

11:15 am: Participants must pass the 5K turnaround mark before this time or they will be asked to turn around.

12:00 pm: Course closes- Course marshaling and official timing will stop at this time.

Awards will follow each event.
