Bonney Lake Triathlon + Du. & Aquabike

Aquabike does duplicate swim and bike. Finish time will be at the transition mat.

Swim:
Out and back around a buoy. Swim starts next to dock in waist deep water, swimmers will exit the water via the boat ramp and make their way to transition.

Sprint distance participants will do 1 loop of the bike course.

The sprint run is an out and back, most of which is along side Lake Tapps.
