You can help us expedite check-in by picking up your packet on Friday.  You don’t need to be present.  A friend can pick it up for you.

Traffic and Parking
See the Race Route and Parking menu item on Runsignup\Race Info for details. There is parking at the High School, South School and at several off site lots.

Race Day Check-in
Check-in opens at 8:00 am on Race Day, Saturday March 29, for those who did not check in on Friday.
Check-in on Race Day as soon as you arrive and receive your bib and t-shirt. If you did not register before March 1, your t-shirt size selection is first come first serve.

Race Day Registration
All registration is on-line including on Race Day. A QR code for your cell phone makes it simple. The code is posted on a sign near the check in area.  No phone? Go to the registration table.
You must still check-in after registering.

Bibs
Pick up your bib during check-in.  5K bibs are white on black, 10K bibs are white on red. The race photographers require that you attach your bib to the front of your upper body.

Change your Event
You may change your event (i.e. 5K to 10K) any time before check-in. You can do this on-line by accessing your registration Profile on Runsignup.com and clicking ‘Switch Event’.

Restrooms
Restrooms are available in the High School from 8:00 am to 12 noon.

Race Schedule
The 10K starts at 10:00 am and the 5K Run and Walk a few minutes later. No walkers on the 10K course, please. No Pets on either course. The race officially ends at 11:30 am. Anyone still on the course must move to sidewalk.

Race Course
The 5K and 10k share sections of the same route. See the Race Route and Parking menu item on Runsignup\Race Info for details. Watch carefully for the signs indicating where the courses split. The 5K signs are black on yellow. The 10K signs are white on black. Be aware, there are three locations where 10K runners may rejoin 5K runners.
Both courses are USATF certified. Those who have run the 10K in a prior year may notice the 10K start line has moved about 75ft. The courses were officially remeasured and recertified  this year.

Race Results
Preliminary results will be available in real time on Runsignup. Check the link https://runsignup.com/Race/Results/90373  or the QR code displayed in the registration area.  We are also planning to send you an email message with your personal results shortly after you finish the race. All questions about the results are handled by the timer.
