- Find your spot: Look for pace signs and volunteer pacers

- Faster runners → front
- Moderate runners → middle
- Joggers & walkers → back
- Strollers: Must start at the back for safety
- Timing note: Your official time begins when you cross the start line (not the starting signal)
- Proper lining up ensures a safe, smooth, and enjoyable start for all participants
The race is an out and back route along Brownsville Road.
No we are sorry they are not. Although we love dogs, not everyone does, and not every "Friendly" dog stays that way in large crowded places. So for the safety and comfort of all, we do request no dogs.
Yes, strollers are permitted, but for everyone’s safety, participants with strollers must start at the back of the race. Please ensure your children are securely fastened into their seats. Children in strollers do not need to be registered, unless they want a race day t-shirt.
No, registration closes at 11:59 PM on Thursday July 2nd. This race historically sells out and we encourage everyone to register early.
Registration is non-refundable, and the event is rain or shine. If your plans change, you may transfer your registration to another person, by Thursday July 2nd.

A: Yes. Participant-to-participant transfers are available through your RunSignup account until the posted deadline. Transfer fees may apply. Deadline is June 25th at Midnight. There is a $5 fee to transfer your registration to another participant. To do this watch the quick tutorial video here.
No, we do not provide a bag drop for this race. Please leave any valuable in your car or at home. or with a friend or family member not running.
We have a large bank of restrooms available in the upper portion of the Giant Eagle parking lot just below Brownsville Road.
Yes, we will have a water station located at the halfway point and bottles of water handed out at the end of the race. We also offer fruit and additional refreshments in the Towne Square parking lot.
Please review the Packet Pick Up information. We will offer race day packet pickup but only until 8:30 am. Know that the line can be LONG with close to 3,000 participants.
There will be NO RACE DAY REGISTRATION.
Yes, as we have limited Race Day packet pickup and if you cannot make one of the packet pickups, please arrange to have a friend, neighbor, co-worker, mom, dad, or even your arch nemesis grab your packet and have them drop it off to you. This will help make your race day easier.

Yes, if you ordered the wrong size, you can change the size on your RunSignUp account
On Race Day,immediately AFTER the race, you may visit the information table (located in front of GNC and Tropical Smoothie Café) to see if we have extras in your size to swap out. We are only able to swap unworn shirts.
Reminder, to guarantee a shirt size, you must register and pick shirt size by June 20th (2 weeks prior to the race).
All changes must be completed by the day packet pickup opens. Verify those dates here.
Parking near the race start is extremely limited.
To make your race-day arrival easier and more efficient, we strongly recommend parking at Baldwin High School and either walking or taking the race-day shuttle to the starting area.
The shuttle will run from 7 – 11:30 AM.
While some street parking and spaces within Brentwood Towne Square are available, please remember that businesses will be open, and may spots are reserved for employees and customers.
Yes, we have a cut off due to the parade starting immediately after the race. All participants must be off the course by 10:30 AM. (around a 30 min/mile pace)
We will have multiple photographers on site on race day:
- Custom Race backdrop to take group shots
- Finish line branded photos. They will be posted in your results.
- Finish line video camera (it too will be posted in your results).
Participant and volunteer safety is our top priority. If threatening weather or dangerous conditions arise on race day, the event may be delayed, modified, or canceled. The Race Committee, in coordination with city safety officials and local law enforcement reserve the right to make all safety-related decisions.

Yes! Registration is open online until the event reaches capacity or July 3rd at packet pickup, whichever comes first.
We strongly encourage registering early as price increases occur and this event has sold out in the past.

Yes, but we strongly encourage keeping volume low and remaining aware of your surroundings at all times and can hear the announcements and take in the music and atmosphere.
Top 3 overall Male and Female awards are based on gun time. All age group awards will be based on net chip time.
