Join us for Elia’s Run Walk LA
A 5K and Mental Health Fair to raise awareness and destigmatize the mental health issues around Pregnancy and Infant Loss.
Participants will have the opportunity to run or walk this 5K course. For those on the competitive side, you can race and have your time monitored with a time chip. All registered participants will receive a quality T-shirt, a Finisher Medal, and a custom bib.
When registering, you will have the opportunity to honor a lost baby or family by sponsoring a lawn sign. These signs will be placed along the path of the course for participants to view. The lawn sign will be personalized with the name of the baby or family you'd like to honor, signed off with a heart and your name. If you are unable to attend this event, you can still sponsor a law sign.
Race Info
Course Description
The 5K course is all flat and fast covering the perimeter of the golf course.
Water Stations
5k Participants will have both water at the 1.5 halfway portion of the route.
Portable bathrooms will be located near the halfway point in the Travel Town Museum area.
First Aid Support
We will have a roving first aid team covering the main access points on the 5K. First aid station is also available at the finish line area.
Race Day Schedule
5K Start Time - 8:30 AM
Please line up at the starting line no later than 8:15 AM
Starting Line Rules
Seed yourself according to your expected race pace. The faster runners should be positioned at the front of the start chute, while slower runners/walkers/strollers start on the back. The goal is to have the start flow nicely and all cooperate with the start being safe.
Finish Line
Finish Line is located near the Pony Ride trail just south-east on Crystal Springs Road, behind the Ranger Station, where the main parking for all the participants is located.
Event Day Parking
Plenty of parking will be located off of Crystal Springs Road. Over 350 parking slots.
There will be parking behind the ranger station, across the ranger station near the merry-go-round area, and additional parking just north of the Pony Ride area.
Allow plenty of time for picking up your packets at registration. Races will start on time.
Packet Pick Up
Includes a T-Shirt, Finisher Medal, Custom Bib and lunch.
Saturday, June 24 @ 6AM - 7:45AM
Registration will close 15 minutes prior to the start of the race and will begin promptly at 8:00 AM
If you arrive late, you may participate in the run/walk but will not receive official results.

We have opened up registration due to an n overwhelming response and welcome you to our inaugural event!
Finisher medal are guaranteed to pre-registered runners up to 650. We are providing a division winner award and you will be eligible for that.
T-shirts will be guaranteed it to the first 700 pre-registered participants. In the event that there are people who do not show up that were pre-registered, those T-shirts will be available to you on a first come first serve basis in the T-shirt pick up area.
