Until We Arise
Until We Arise (UWA) bridges a divided people to loving community, empowering resources, and a compassionate Christ. Our vision is to create a global, thriving community of women that combat injustice and oppression through love and compassion.
Until We Arise organizes unique and powerful encounters with God. We do this in homes, in the community, and at our facilities. At these encounters, community is built and people are empowered with meaningful connections and real resources.
We intentionally build bridges! We believe we are called to create encounters that bring people together from different races, classes, denominations, and schools of thought. God’s love reaches beyond these boundaries, and His love has the power to heal the roots of any and all the ailments of the mind, the heart, and the flesh.
We strongly believe that while our ministry is far-reaching, our heart is to bring revival to South Central Los Angeles in partnership with other members of the community and of the body of Christ.

With your help we can “heal the broken hearted” through Elia’s Gift. This program is specifically created to bring hope and comfort to mothers who have experienced the heart-aching loss of a child through miscarriage or stillbirth. Until We Arise is committed to sponsoring a local hospital with gift boxes that are filled with items that will help women and their families to grieve and heal after the loss of a child.
