Description
Join us for Elia’s Run Walk LA 5k and Mental Health
Fair to raise awareness and destigmatize the mental health issues around Pregnancy and Infant Loss.
Participants will have the opportunity to run or walk this 5K course. For those on the competitive side, you can race and have your time monitored with a time chip. All registered participants will receive a quality T-shirt, a Finisher Medal, and a custom bib.
When registering, you will have the opportunity to honor a lost baby or family by sponsoring a lawn sign. These signs will be placed along the path of the course for participants to view. The lawn sign will be personalized with the name of the baby or family you'd like to honor, signed off with a heart and your name. If you are unable to attend this event, you can still sponsor a law sign.

Event Info
A 5k and Mental Health Fair to raise awareness and destigmatize the mental health issues around Pregnancy and Infant Loss.
- At the beginning of this event, you will have the opportunity to race or walk the 5K course.
- Throughout the event, there will be a Mental Health Fair of local mental health providers.
- After the race, we will be holding a Remembrance Service where families will be able to honor their babies. During this time we will also have a couple of keynote speakers raising awareness and educating us regarding the mental health effects of this type of loss. This portion of the event will be closed out with a worship song and short prayer (participation optional).
- Free lunch and snacks will be provided for all registered attendees.
