Description
Short distances of swim, bike, run, race simulation with all the rules, best transition set up and a lot of fun - because this is not a race :)
This event will cover the rules, transition, practice swim, bike and run with very short distance.
We will be there to answer all the questions you can have before your race and help you be more prepared.
Different Clinics are available. Different number means that there are multiple time slots during the day:
Transition -
Going over the transition basics, with very short ride and run (All transition clinics cover the same topics.)
Bike/Run -
Bike to run transition with focus on bike skills and bike to run transition.
Swim -
Pool workout ( All sessions will cover the same basic topics )

Bay Area Kids Triathlon Series
Mission: To introduce the sport of triathlon to young people in our community in a safe and fun environment. Distances are short and intended to expose our youngest triathletes to the basic elements of triathlon. We also hope to counteract the negative effects of too much television and electronic activity, and encourage young boys and girls, ages 4 up to 17, to lead a healthy lifestyle and to enjoy the benefits of outdoor activities.
