The Kona Chocolate Run offers a suite of amenities that enhance the race experience for all participants. At the heart of the event is the incredible Chocolate Buffet, accessible to all runners, featuring a variety of chocolate delights to indulge in post-race. Each participant receives a custom finisher medal as a memento of their achievement. The first 600 registrants are rewarded with exclusive jackets, while those who register afterward receive long-sleeved shirts. Additionally, athletes who tackle the 15k Double Up challenge are honored with special Kona winter hats. Competitive spirits are also recognized, with awards for the top three finishers in each age group and the top three overall. For those looking to take a piece of the race day home, the Kona store offers exclusive goods for sale, providing an opportunity to buy unique Kona-branded merchandise like winter lighted hats, and more.
Two lucky winners will receive the "Golden Medal" at the finish line and will win a Stanley mug and free entry into next years event. This will be announced at 11:00 a.m. Must be present to win, we will not mail this out.
