Refund Policy
Race registration fees are NON-REFUNDABLE. We do not offer refunds. If you are registering in advance of your race, we strongly suggest that you read the details about the RegShield event insurance and consider purchasing that insurance.
Because we do understand that things happen, however, we do offer CONDITIONAL REFUNDS of registration fees. A "conditional refund" means that you will give up your spot in the race and request to be reimbursed, but you will not actually receive a refund unless someone else registers to fill that spot. Refunds are issued as new runners register and in the order that participants had requested conditional refunds. If no one signs up to fill your spot in the race, you will not receive the conditional refund. RunSignUp's processing fees are not refundable under any circumstances.
To request a Conditional Refund log on to RunSignUp > Profile > Manage Registration > Request Refund.
