Your $15 Mission Gift: Simple, Purposeful, and Impact‑Driven
For 2026, the American Cancer Society made the intentional decision to reduce the registration fee for Climb On The Go to just $15. This small mission gift helps cover the basic operational costs that allow you to receive your personal fundraising page, access to an exclusive participant resource deck, and the tools you need to make your Climb experience meaningful and successful.
But more importantly, your mission gift is your way of raising your hand and saying: “I’m part of this statewide movement to help end cancer as we know it, for everyone.”
Why We Made This Change
We want Climb On The Go to be as accessible as possible — for individuals, families, workplaces, remote teams, and communities across Arizona. Lowering the entry cost keeps the focus on wellness, inclusion, and fundraising impact, while still ensuring that every participant has the tools they need to get started.Your $15 mission gift is not a donation “fee”; it’s a launch point that lets ACS provide:
Your personal fundraising page
- A full library of exclusive participant resources
- Workplace tools for corporate teams
- Mission stories, templates, and support
- Year‑round community and engagement opportunities
About the Climb On The Go Shirt
To align with our fundraising mission and expand our impact, Climb On The Go shirts are now a Hope Club benefit.
That means participants will receive their official Climb shirt when they raise $100 and join the Hope Club — a community of climbers who fuel ACS’s work across detection, prevention, research, patient support, and advocacy.
Important Note
All participants who registered before January 22, 2026 will automatically receive a Climb On The Go shirt, regardless of fundraising total.
Your Mission Gift Makes a Difference
From your very first step to your final fundraising goal, your movement fuels ours — supporting the research, prevention, patient programs, and advocacy that help every person, in every Arizona community, have a fair and just chance at preventing, detecting, treating, and surviving cancer.
It’s a first step that unlocks your participation and shows your commitment to making an impact.
