Spectator Viewing Areas
The Coastal Delaware Running Festival is a very spectator friendly race. Below are areas where you should be able to find parking and watch runners. There are very few road closures during the race and circumnavigating them should be easy to get to viewing areas.
**IMPORTANT**Bicycles, Unauthorized Runner/Walkers and Motorized Vehicles are prohibited from the course at all times. Providing outside assistance to any athlete will result in their disqualification.
Full Marathon
- Start Line: Rehoboth Beach Boardwalk at Rehoboth Ave.
- Mile 3.7: Gordon's Pond Park
- Miles 6 to 11: Cape Henlopen State Park (park map click here). Multiple viewing areas with parking located inside park. (Mile 6: Herring Point, Mile 8 & 9.8: Fort Miles Out and Back) *Entrance Fee may be required if booth is attended.
- Mile 12.1: Cape May-Lewes Ferry parking lot(Lewes-Georgetown trail across the street).
- Lewes Public Library
- Mile 21.6: Wolfe Neck Rd & Junction & Breakwater Trail
- Mile 24.6: Grove Park, Rehoboth Beach
- Finish Line: Rehoboth Beach Boardwalk at Rehoboth Ave.
Half Marathon
- Start Line: Rehoboth Beach Boardwalk at Rehoboth Ave.
- Mile 3.7 and 11.2: Gordon's Pond Park Out and Back
- Miles 6.1 to 9.7: Cape Henlopen State Park (park map click here). Herring Point parking lot.
- Finish Line: Rehoboth Beach Boardwalk at Rehoboth Ave.
