Wave Start

We will utilize a “Fast, Fit, Fun” wave start in addition to pacers to accommodate the number of participants we expect at this year’s event. Your timing tag will activate and start once you cross the start line timing mats. All 5K runners will start at 8:00am.

*Please line up by your expected pace/mile time – fastest to slowest. For the safety of others, all strollers and walkers, please stage in the back. No pets please!

Walkers Etiquette

Walkers, please keep in mind that portions of the course are narrow. Walkers should be no more than two people wide to ensure runners can pass by safely. All walkers and slower runners, please especially be aware of faster 5K runners approaching from behind in Tidelands Park.
