JAMES O'CONNOR RECOVERY 5K

This is a 5K to celebrate the recovery our dear friend, James O'Connor. 

The race will be held at Raritan Bay Waterfront Park. Directions are listed below. 

The race will be followed by a luncheon in the Ancient Order of Hibernian's hall (271 Second Street, South Amboy, NJ). There will be food, beverages, music and dancing from 11:00-5:00! Admission to luncheon is included in your registration fee.

RACE STARTS AT 10:00AM.

CHECK IN BEGINS AT 9:15AM.

Route 287

• Take Exit for Route 9 South
  
• Follow directions for Rt. 9

Route 1

• Take Exit for 287 South 
  
• Follow directions for 287

  Route 9

• Take Exit for Bordentown Avenue (South Amboy) 
  
• Follow to end and make a left onto Broadway. 
  
• Make the first Right onto John Street. 
  
• Follow to end and make a right onto Rosewell Street/O' Leary Blvd. 
  
• Continue on O' Leary Blvd. around to entrance of the Park.

Garden State Parkway - North

• Take Exit for Rt. 9 North 
  
• Follow directions for Rt. 9

Garden State Parkway - South

• Take Exit 124 (Route 670 - Main Street) 
  
• Make left at Stop sign onto Main Street 
  
• Follow through intersection (Raritan & Washington Ave.)
  
• Continue on Washington Ave.
  
• Make a left onto Main Street 
  
• Continue on Main Street to 2nd Traffic Light
  
• Make a right at the light onto Broadway
  
• Continue on Broadway. Make a left onto John Street 
  
• Follow to end and make a right onto Rosewell Street/O' Leary Blvd. 
  
• Continue on O' Leary Blvd. around to entrance of the Park.

• Take Exit 11 to Rt. 9 South
