Our recommended course is on the Westmoreland Trail starting just across Stroschein Rd from the parking lot at the 19.25 milepost. Run toward Murrysville to the 18.0 milepost and return. Time yourself if you can. That will be 2.5 miles or 4K. Walkers go to the 19.75 milepost, turn and come back.
