Dragon Fly Tri Swim Start Sequence
The following start times and sequence will be the official starting information for the 35th Annual Dragon Fly Triathlon Swim. A time trial start for individual athletes , seeded in the order of their race bib number and date of registration, and will go off every 3 seconds. Relay teams will be seeded in with the age group triathletes.

Olympic - 1 lap 1500m 1500 Meter Swim Couse
Bike
There are two distances to choose from in this year's Dragonfly Triathlon, 1500m meter swim, 40K Bike, 10K run and 750 meter swim, 20K bike, 5K run.
You will leave the transition on the south side of the transition area and bike to Hwy 35, take a right turn on Hwy 35 and bike to the turnaround at 10K. You will turn around on a bridge over Hotopha Creek, you will then bike back to Cypress Creek. If you are racing the 20K bike course you will go to the transition to start your run. If you are racing the 40K bike course you will turn around before you get back to the transition to start your second loop, and complete your second loop to start your run.

Run
There are two distances to choose from in this year's Dragonfly Triathlon, 1500 meter swim, 40K Bike, 10K run and 4750 meter swim, 20K bike, 5K run.
The run course will start at the north end of the transition area and run parallel to the transition area on the east side, and once past the transition area you will run on Cypress Creek Rd and cross over Hwy 35. You will run cross country through an open field to the start of the Sandstone Trail, you will run on the trail for approx 1/4 mile and turn around and run back to the transition area.
If you are running the 5K you will run back around the transition area to the finish line, if you are running the 10K you will turn around before the transition area to start your second loop. You will run the complete loop and then back to the finish line.
