The Dragon Fly Sprint Triathlon consist of 1/2 mile Swim, 18 mile Bike, and a 4 mile Run. The Dragon Fly is located at Cyprus Point on the Lower Lake at Sardis Lake Reseviour. The swim is always cool, refreshing and you will have a sandy beach entrance and exit. The bike course goes through farm land and is flat except for one hill. The run is on pavement for 2 miles and on trail for 2 miles. This will make a great late summer triathlon for your 2017 season.

Refer 3 or more participants and get a refund of up to $25.00.
Every participant will receive a code that will enable you to refer a friend to sign up as your guest and you get money back, enough for a free entry. You will be assigned a code that you will be able to send out via Face Book, Twitter or Instagram. Any participant using your code will be added to your account, After 3 uses of your code your credit card will be credited $25, after 1 more use you will be credited $10, after 1 more use you will be credited $10 more. This will total $45 which is your entry fee.

Triathlon Swim and Transition Clinics are designed for those athletes that are interested in learning how to be better on the swim portion and transition area plus pointers on how to compete and complete a triathlon. The minimum requirement is that you can swim one hundred yards.
The Clinics will be instructed by noted professionals; who by our good fortune live in the Memphis Area and have trained many athletes to their ultimate goals. These coaches are; Danny Fadgen, Aquatics Director Memphis Jewish Community Center, swim coach and triathlete; and Margarett Frisby competitive triathlete, Alabama's 2012 National's Team, and swimmer, instructor, and coach.
