Fleet Feet Roanoke Training Schedule

Tuesdays: 6pm at Big Lick Brewing (arrive early- run/walk starts at 6)

Wednesdays: 6am track workout at Patrick Henry High School track

Thursdays: 5pm and 6pm meetups at River's Edge Sports Complex (North side parking lot off Reserve Ave)

Saturday: Long Group Run & Walk - location changes weekly- check Fleet Feet's calendar to see where we're running next!

Training Tips for Walkers and Runners

New to 5Ks? Try a walk-run approach, gradually increasing your running intervals as you feel comfortable.
