Free TMC Meet Me Downtown Weekly Training Group
If you have signed up for the TMC Meet Me Downtown 5k or Festival of Miles, you are invited to join us for a free weekly training session. Workouts will be 3-7 miles in duration and include intervals, fartlek, and tempo workouts, plus warmup and cooldown.
Experience level: it is best if you are able to run at least 15 miles a week.
When: Tuesday nights, dressed and ready to run at 6:00 pm

Coach: RRCA-Certified Coach Tia Accetta will provide workouts and general advice.
