Come run with us a few times before signing up. If you like working out with The Workout Group, you can register for one of three plans:
Full-time WOG: $80/semester or $150/year
Maintaining a consistent weekly training schedule is the best way to achieving peak running fitness. This is the full package! It includes:
2 WOG workouts each week (Tuesday & Thursday)
Weekly training emails
WOG swag
WOG race discounts to Run Tucson event
Part-Time WOG: $50/semester. The part-time plan is for those who desire leg speed and socializing, but have serious time constraints.
1 WOG workout each week (Tuesday or Thursday)

Individual Plan with Coach Tia: $50/month
The individual coaching package is recommended for athletes who want more structured training plans designed around a specific performance goal. This package includes full access to WOG, plus:
Monthly training plans, including; race specific workouts, long run progressions, recovery days, and supplemental training.
Weekly monitoring & communication with Tia via the Training Peaks App.
Monthly planning sessions with Tia.
Sliding Scale: We never want to exclude anyone from training with The Workout Group. If the posted fees are not within your budget, please talk with us about it.
