Pricing for 2023-2024
Come run with us for free for a couple of weeks, and if you like working out with the group, we'll hook you up with one of three plans:
Full-time WOG: $125/semester or $225/year
Our goal at The Workout Group is for every athlete to understand and practice the process of achieving peak running fitness while also being safe and having fun. This is the full package! It includes:
2 WOG workouts each week (Tuesday & Thursday)
Weekly training emails
Year 26 WOG shirt, in soft cotton with new logo
Help creating monthly training calendars
Monthly training talks (held after the workout at TRFC, tentatively scheduled for October 24, November 21, and December 12)
Monthly online or in-person check-in sessions with a coach.
WOG race discounts to Run Tucson events
Part-Time WOG: $65/semester.
The part-time plan is for those who desire leg speed and socializing, but have serious time constraints -- drop in when you're available. This package includes:
1 WOG workout each week (Tuesday or Thursday)
Weekly training emails
Year 26 WOG shirt, in soft cotton with new logo
WOG race discounts to Run Tucson events
Individual Plan with Coach Tia: $50/month
The individual coaching package is recommended for athletes who want more structured training plans designed around a specific performance goal. This package includes full access to WOG, plus
Monthly training plans, including; race specific workouts, long run progressions, recovery days, and supplemental training.
Weekly monitoring & communication with Tia via the Training Peaks App.
Monthly planning sessions with Tia
Sliding Scale: We never want to exclude anyone from training with The Workout Group. If the posted fees are not within your budget, please talk with us about it.
