Two workout a week, every Tuesday & Thursday from August-May
Fall WOG + Fall Race Bundle: $160
Tues./Thurs./Sat. Training Plan + Race entry to A-Mountain or Grand Canyon Half.
Fall WOG: $85
Workout every Tuesday & Thursday from August-December
Part Time WOG: $6
1 workout each week from August-December
Individual Coaching: Starts at $75/month
The individual coaching package is recommended for athletes who want more structured training plans designed around a specific performance goal. This package includes full access to WOG, plus:
Monthly training plans, including; race specific workouts, long run progressions, recovery days, and supplemental training.
Weekly monitoring & communication with Tia via the Training Peaks App.
Monthly planning sessions with Tia.
