Location: Tod's Point, Greenwich Point Park. Clambake Area
Time: On-site registration and packet pick-up begins at 7:30AM
Run: 9:00AM
Parking: Drive into the park and follow Abilis signs to the designated parking areas.

Time: 7:30AM - 10:30AM - 5:00PM-8:00PM

The inaugural 5k Run for Abilis is on a certified USATF.CT course that runs through the beautiful Greenwich Point Park peninsula. Most of the race is on the traffic free roads, concrete paths and sand within Greenwich Point Park. The route is accurately marked with sign posts and we have plenty of helpers to keep you on track and to encourage you on your way to the finish. Come and enjoy the day with us; we hope to see you there!

Walk for Abilis is a family-friendly event, designed for individuals of all ages and abilities. It includes a one-mile walk along the beautiful Greenwich Point Park peninsula, celebrating people with developmental disabilities. There will be music, children’s crafts, face-painting, a bouncy tent, food vendors, and a firetruck that your little ones can explore! Join the fun!
