4-Person 10K Team Relay

The relay includes four (4) legs - approximately 1.5ish miles each - and four (4) food stations - one located at each transition point. Runner #1 will complete the first leg, then "stuff your face" before tagging off to the next team member who will repeat the process until crossing the finish line.

Note: 4-Person Relay Teams must consist of 4 athletes. The registration price is for your entire team NOT each member. The first person to sign up your team will select "Create a New Team" and PAY THE FEE IN FULL. If you are joining a team that has already registered, then click "Join an Existing Team" and you will NOT pay any additional fees. ALL TEAM MEMBERS NEED TO REGISTER IN ORDER FOR YOUR TEAM TO BE ELIGIBLE TO COMPETE.

Individual 10K

Choose this option if you want to take on the 10K race (6.2 miles). As you register, you will be asked if you want the Challenge or Classic option.

Challenge - EATING. You'll tackle (4) Athlete Food Stations along the course - approximately every 1.5ish miles - before heading to the finsih line.

Classic - NO EATING. You won't be eligible to stop at any of the Athlete Food Tents but can still join in on the fun and remain eligible for awards.

Kids Dash presented by AOK Networking

The Kids Dash presenting by AOK networking is reccomended for children 12 and under. Children will be placed in age appropriate groups. Distances range from 100 to 400 yards.

Virtual Race

Complete a 5K (3.1 miles) or 10K (6.1 miles) run or walk any time on race day
