It is with regret that we announce the cancellation of the 9.11 Remembrance Run, scheduled for September 14, 2024. Despite our best efforts to promote the event and honor the significance of this day, we have encountered challenges with low registration numbers. We understand the disappointment this may cause to our registered participants, supporters, and especially the first responders and community members who planned to take part. Full refunds will be issued to all who have registered. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this cancellation may cause. The Festival Foundation will be donating $1,000 to the Grand Traverse Region Public Safety Alliance to help further support their cause. Our team remains committed to honoring and remembering those who serve and protect our communities, and we will be exploring alternative ways to achieve this in the future. We thank everyone who has supported the 9.11 Remembrance Run and look forward to your continued support in our upcoming events. If you received the TCAPS discount code. That code will now work on the Leapin' Leprechaun 5k (March) and the Meijer Festival of Races (July).
