RWJBarnabas Health Running with the Devils 5K Run & Walk 2025

The Live 5K Run will feature a competitive 3.1-mile race on a USATF Certified Course, down Cherry Lane and around the scenic reservoir at South Mountain Recreation Complex. Check-in and on-site registration open at 7:00 a.m. T-shirts will be distributed to the first 1,000 runners and walkers registered. Participation medals will be distributed to the first 1,000 runners registered.

MarathonFoto will be there to photograph your accomplishment on race day. Be sure to have your bib visible, and keep an eye out for our photographers in the bright-colored vests at the finish! All runners will receive a free photo courtesy of RWJBarnabas Health and the New Jersey Devils.

The Walk will be self-paced and will also take place on the USATF Certified Course around the scenic reservoir at South Mountain Recreation Complex and down Cherry Lane. Check-in and on-site registration open at 7:00 a.m. T-shirts will be distributed to the first 1,000 runners and walkers registered. The Walk will begin approximately 15 minutes after the Run starts.

For runners or walkers not available to participate in the live event, the virtual format offers the option to run or walk around your neighborhood at a local park or on a treadmill from October 2 -November 2 using the RunGo App. Virtual participants will also receive a co-branded item and are eligible for prizes. The first 1,000 live and virtual runners signed up will also receive a medal.
