5K course along the historic and scenic D & L Trail on Sand Island. Sanctioned event by the USATF & Timed by Bryn Mawr Racing Co.

For those that are far away but have their hearts with the victims of Hurricane Maria in Puerto Rico we have created a Virtual 5K Race option. Please join us to help our brothers and sisters of Puerto Rico make a speedy recovery from this disaster and make Puerto Rico beautiful again!!
