UNITED FOR PUERTO RICO 5K RUN/WALK & VIRTUAL RUN

Please join us for the United for Puerto Rico 5K Run/Walk & Virtual Run! This event will help raise funds for the victims affected by Hurricane Maria in Puerto Rico. The funds collected will go to United for Puerto Rico, nonprofit entity created under the Laws of Puerto Rico that is certified locally and federally (501c3) as a non-profit entity. An organization created by Puerto Rico governor's wife Beatriz Rosselló in collaboration with the private sector. The initiative aims to provide assistance to individuals and small businesses devastated by Hurricanes Irma and María accelerating their recovery by supporting the reestablishment of their home, food & to satisfy their needs of shelter, food and health to help rebuild their lives, communities and Puerto Rico. Lets come together for our brothers and sisters in Puerto Rico that need our support right now. Together we will make Puerto Rico beautiful again!

Location – Sand Island, River Street, Bethlehem, PA (D & L Trail)

Awards – Awards will be given to the Top 3 Male & Female Overall Finishers & to the Top 3 Male & Female Finishers for 5 Age Groups. Awards will be distributed at 11:00am. This does not apply to virtual runners.

Entry – Run/Walk - Before 10/27/17: $25, before 11/5/17: $35, Race Day: $40; Virtual Race - $30.  All kids under 16 years old are free!

Prior to Race Day Bib Pick-up - Saturday, November 4th from 2pm - 5pm at Emmaus Run Inn

Race Day Bib Pick-up & Registration - 7am to 8:30am

Pre-Race Stretch & Warm Up begins at 8:30am. Provided by FIT Studio.

Amenities & Giveaways – Route on the scenic historical course of the D & L Trail at Sand Island Park, water stations, complimentary water bottle, 50/50 raffle, post-race refreshments, food vendors, music & more!! 

After Party will be at The Steel Pub located at 320 E 1st St, Bethlehem from 11am to 4pm. 10% of the sales proceeds wil go to United for Puerto Rico. Just mention you are with the 5K.

Race Results – Race will be professionally timed by the Bryn Mawr Racing Co. by chip timing; Results will be found on brynmawrracing.com.
