Texas Endurance Runs (TxER)

- Run as many loops of the course as you can in 48 hours!
- Medals for all finishers, distance stickers for at least 50K.

It's hot, it's a bit hilly and grassy, and you're wearing a weighted rucksack. It could be worse, you could be out there for 12 hours, 24 hours or 48 hours. But 6 hours is still plenty challenging.
Find a kindred spirit, maybe a rucker or one of the runners, and keep each other entertained by swapping funny blister stories or something.

Or at least they seem like zombies because they've run all night and some of them are 36 hours into their run. Befriend one of these zombies and swap race stories. It'll make the time go faster for both of you! (And maybe they won't eat you, lol.)

For the true masoc- ... ahem, "Endurance Junkies": Run on Friday night, then come back and run again on Saturday night!
Note that this is 2 races, NOT a 48-hour event! You'll get 2 medals, 2 distance stickers, 2 sets of swag, and could even win 2 awards!

WHAT YOU DO: Start your run anytime during the run window (2 weekends before the event to 2 weekends after) Run as much as you can in 48 hours. Combine the runs and enter the total distance on the Results tab of the Registration site.
WHAT YOU GET: A medal, a swag item, a TxER Distance Sticker and bragging rights!
