75 Mile Relay Ruck
Teams of 1 to 5 ruckers will take turns shouldering the weight for 75 miles trading off to a teammate at the Start line or at the 1/2 way Aid Station at Old Kempner Stadium.
- 30lb ruck weight minimum if you weigh greater than 150lbs.
- 20lb ruck weight minimum if you weigh less than 150lbs.
- This weight does not include does not include Rucksack, water, etc.
- Rucks only, no weighted vests
- Weigh-ins will occur at the team check-in.
