(9) Gold - this is for high school swimmers or experienced middle school swimmers with interest in sprint specific training

Friday only from 4-5PM at Franconia. It is unlikely we will have space in December and January for this because of high school swim practice. This practice will generally consist of a warm up, some breath control and Powe Rack (https://www.tpiswim.com/power-rack).

SUMMER Bike/Run Silver and Bronze

Wednesdays, May 29, June 5, 12, 19 and 26 and July 3, 10 and 17.

Basic bike etiquette, safety, maneuvering and general riding instruction. Must be able to complete a lap at Ft. Hunt Park unaccompanied. Most of the time, riders will be accompanied by a coach but not always.
