Aspire Glow Runs

In celebration with communities around the world, we are aspiring to shine a light on the importance of children's mental health. May is Children's mental health awareness month, and to kick of the month Aspire and other helath agencies are hosting a GLOW RUN. The Glow Run will be taking place at night at 7:00 pm. There will be glow sticks available to ensure you are glowing all the way to the finish line. After the race, the fun doesn't end! There will be food trucks, face painting, inflatables, and other carnival fun until 10:30PM. This event is for the entire family with fun all night! 1 in 5 children and youth will have a serious mental health condition, with 50 percent of all lifetime cases beginning by age 14. Understanding the signs and symptoms of a mental disorder can help improve outcomes in all facets of life. For those living with mental disorders, finding real help leads to finding real hope! Join us as we aspire to shine a light on the importance of children's mental health awareness!Event details and scheduleThe following is the event schedule: 7PM Race Day Registration Begins   The course will follow a road that is beautiful with nature and safe for all ages to GLOW in the dark! When runners arrive on race day, the registration table will be set up on the tennis pavilion facing the road. Parking is availble to the north side of the Tennis Pavilion. Make sue to come dressed in black and decked out in all of your GLOW necklaces, bracelets, glasses, etc. You can either wear all black so you blend in with the night or come wearing your brightest shirt to stand out among all the runners! Not only will a race be happening, but lots of fun that everyone can enjoy will be at our GLOW RUN 5K! Everything from a glow in the dark photo booth, inflatables, a DJ, snacks, and lots of fun!
