Where should I park on race day?
> FREE parking is being offered at the SC State Fairgrounds main parking lot located at 1200 Rosewood Drive, Columbia, SC 29201.
The Comet will be running FREE shuttles every thirty minutes from 6:30 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.
*Parking Gate 6 opens at 6:00 am on Saturday, March 15. The parking gate entrance is located at 901 George Rogers Boulevard, Columbia, SC 29201.
> Parking is also available on side streets, MLK park and public parking garages.
> Race participants can park for free in the grass lot at the corner of Heidt St. and Millwood Ave., across from The First Nazareth Church. A complimentary shuttle service from The Comet will run from 6:00 AM to 10:00 AM, transporting runners to and from the race’s starting line.
Is there race day packet pickup?
Yes, race day packet pickup will available at the start line on race morning. DO NOT go to Strictly Running to pick up your packet on race day.
Can I pick up a packet for someone else?
Yes, however, we are unable to issue more than 1 bib person. If a bib is lost, we are unable to issue you another bib unless you register again.
