RACE START: All Assisted Athletes start at 7:15. Half Marathon runner & ruck START at 7:20. 10k & 5k runner & ruck START at 7:35.

The First National Bank 10K: For those looking for a middle distance, the First National Bank 10K is the perfect race.
This course offers some challenging hills and fast flats alternating between open roads and green-ways. The 10K race will start from the Salamanders Stadium @ Ting Park way thr same time as the 5k race. You will conquer the hill that takes you through the Windcrest and Bridgewater neighborhoods. You will filter onto the greenway past Veteran’s park where you separate from the 5k racers and continue through Jones Park.
Before you know it, you will be running through downtown on S. Main Street and hit the turnaround point on Grigsby Ave. You will retrace your steps down Main Street to Veterans Park where you will then rejoin the GNC 5K course back to the finish!
