Course Updates
Course Updates
- This year, the 5K route will extend through both the zoo and Druid Hill Park for a more separate and safer course experience.
- There will be clearer and increased signage along the separated routes for 5K and 1 Mile.
- We will have a dedicated water stop for each course.
- There will be a 10-minute staggered start with improved start line positioning. The 5K will start first at 8:00 a.m.
- An extra timing mat will be placed along the 5K course to ensure accurate timing.
Strollers are welcome but for everyone's safety, participants with strollers should position themselves at the back of the start line for both events.
