Pre-Race Program featuring special guest speakers, an on-stage fitness warm up and music by DJ Carl to pump you up on race day!

Post-Race Program showcasing survivor awards, top individual and team fundraiser awards and top 3 runner awards. Medals will also be given to top 3 age group winners.

Two Maryland Zoo Animal Ambassador will be making an appearance, along with several local mascots.

A percentage of sales will be donated to the Stride and Thrive 5K. All forms of payment are accepted: Cash, credit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

For the first time ever Stride will be partnering with the Women's Board of Johns Hopkins Hospital to offer an onsite pop-up shop race week! Pop-up shops will be available at the following locations:

• Friday, June 5, 2026 packet pickup at the  Claudia Mayer / Tina Broccolino Cancer Resource Center (11065 Little Patuxent Parkway, Suite 150, Columbia, Maryland 21044). Check back for official shop times.
• Sunday, June 7, 2026 - race day! The shop will be open from 7 A.M. - 11 A.M.

Grab your 10-year anniversary rally towel!

At packet pick up you will receive your own Stride passport book. The book includes our event program information, survivor stories and an opportunity will a rally towel. Get 10 or more stamps in your passport booklet by visiting our sponsor booths. After visiting 10+ booth you can claim your rally towel at the Incentives Tent.

We have a limited supply! The towels are available on a first-come first-serve basis so be sure to visit as many sponsor tents as possible.
