Mach 7
Who doesn’t want to go Mach speed? Our thoughts, exactly. Delivering light-on-your-feet cushioning with high-energy foam, our latest Mach 7 delivers the same snappy, responsive ride as its predecessor with a brand-new look. A tried-and-true trainer that employs speed focused design details throughout, we’ve enlisted a creel jacquard upper with zonal breathability and an internal gusset to deliver the locked-in fit to set your next PR.
Proven Performance PT
Dr Ian Hardy
Clinic Owner, Coach, and Performance-Based Physical Therapist, DPT, CSCS, CF-L1
Throughout my career, I've had the privilege of working in various settings, spanning sports performance, sports orthopedic physical therapy, and hospital-based neurological care.
Recognizing the gap between traditional medicine and performance training, I identified the need for a distinctive approach. "Having experienced the shortcomings in traditional Physical Therapy, I was inspired to provide something extraordinary."
At Proven Performance Physical Therapy, I firmly believe that your potential deserves more than the ordinary. My mission is to bridge the gap between performance and traditional medicine, offering a personalized and distinctive approach to help you reach your peak performance and well-being.
I envisioned creating a space where athletes feel truly understood, not just told to abandon the activities they love without a justifiable reason.
DJ Paul Danger
Tunes will be provided by our friend in the running community, Paul Danger!
Paul has been DJ for us at events like the One Mile Challenge, and miscellaneous fun runs over the years!
We will be running an out and back from Extra Mile. This makes the distance easily customizable, as you can turn around at any point to complete your chosen mileage!
