Celebrating our 25th year as the premier run-coaching group in Southern Arizona, our goal is to help you run your best while staying healthy and happy. Led by a team of RRCA-certified running coaches, the Workout Group meets on Tuesday and Thursday mornings and evenings.
Tuesday's workouts include a variety of high intensity intervals for building leg speed, while Thursday's workouts include stamina building effort sessions.
We encourage everyone to arrive early enough (at least 10 min.) to get in a warm-up jog before the workout starts and bring water.
