Mask requirements from the state of Delaware
In order to host a live event, we are required to follow the requirements by the State of Delaware.
By signing up for this race you understand that you may be required to wear a mask pre, post and event during the race.
Protocols are changing all the time and we keep you posted when we are notified.
We check in on a weekly basis with the State to see what the current protocols are with 5K events.
Once we have a final say from the State on the protocol for the 5K we send out an email and also update this page.

Description
Some of us love it. Some of us hate it. Either way, you can't avoid Valentine's Day.
Why not spend the morning with a loved one or friends running/walking a 5K?
No matter what your relationship status is, one thing's for sure: our Run 4 Love will get your heart worked up.
Ladies will receive a special gift when they cross the finish line at this race.
(Sorry, gentlemen, this race is not about you - just like the holiday.)
All participants will receive a complimentary Fusion Racing running hat.

Saturday February 13th from 9:00am till 9:55am at Midnight Oil Brewery.
5K Start Time 10am.

There is plenty of parking in the Midnight Oil parking lot or across the street.
Virtual 5K Information
What is a virtual 5K?
A virtual 5K is a race you can run or walk anytime and anywhere you like.
How do I post my results for the 5K?
From now until Saturday February 13th you can submit your official time.
Click the results page HERE.
Click the Submit Virtual Results button on the right side.
Provide your information.
Submit your time.
*Remember this is on the honor system.
Will my results count for age group awards?
Your virtual results do not count towards age group awards. However you can print off a finishers certificate online.
Will my SWAG be mailed to me?
If you would like your SWAG shipped to you there will be a $4.95 shipping and handling charge that you can pay at the time of check out. SWAG will be mailed after the completion of the event on February 13th.

You can pick up your SWAG at no charge at Captain Blue Hens on Main Street. SWAG pick up dates are Wednesday February 17th - February 24th. Please go to their FB PAGE for hours and directions.
