9th Annual Chocolate Run 5K

We hope you are ready for another year of Statesboro's SWEETEST race! We have added safety precautions and will promote social distancing so everyone can have a good time! Register and enjoy our sweet 5K Run through a new venue for this year at Mill Creek Park.  As a reward for your participation in the race to raise money and awareness for the Open Hearts Community Mission, we will indulge you with some sweet treats and our race t-shirt.

We will provide special bibs colored to indicate your level of comfort so others can respect you and social distance! (you choose your selection during registration!)

• Red Bib – Stay away! I am here to run only.

• Yellow Bib – I am ok with elbow bumps.

• Green Bib – High five’s are OK with me!

ONLINE REGISTRATION WILL END AT MIDNIGHT ON 4/24/21! WE ENCOURAGE EVERYONE TO BE PRE-REGISTERED TO REDUCE TOUCH POINTS ON SITE!

Saturday, April 24 from 10 a.m - 5 p.m.

Awards
5K and 1st, 2nd and 3rd place awards will be given for Overall Male, Female and Masters (40+).  We won't be giving age group awards in 2021 to reduce gathering of large crowds post-race and to speed up race close out time on a Sunday.
