Three-day camp led by Kentucky's 2000 AA state champion Daniel Roberts including:

 

Daily group training runs

Instructional sessions covering topics such as:

 

Effective training & race strategy

Strength, flexibility, & injury prevention

Collegiate preparation & recruitment

 

Inspirational talks from local collegiate runners
