For any middle school or elementary level runner, this is a jam-packed, high-energy, one-day camp designed to teach running form, strength, and flexibility, and nutrition basics to the young athlete just beginning or the athlete who's been running for several years. This camp will be a blast and is for middle school and elementary runners of all levels.
